I'm very concerned about the keys issue.  What happens if someone goes on holiday and a plumbing leak floods the flat below?  Or a fridge/freezer spontaneously bursts into flames? (as happened at Grenfell).  Or an elderly resident falls over and can't reach the door to open it?  Or if residents simply lock themselves out?(we've all done this!) 

While I understand that the new Estate Office will be much smaller than the present one, there must be some way of installing a compact (and secure) key storage system (e.g.on pull-out screens).
