Update on Crescent House Repairs

Hi All


Does anyone have an updates on the planned rennovations at Crescent House.


Surveyors have been absailing the House in the last 2 weeks inspecting windows. When is heir report due? what happens next? What repairs are currently considered?

Have meetings been held with the residents on these repairs?

Was the notice of proposal sent 18 Dec2019 (Section 20) every dsicussed with the residents?
