A model estate - architectural model maker creates a mirrored version of Basterfield House

Architectural modelmaker Maz Weineck has created a model of Basterfield House as a fundraiser for charity Article 25. Maz says, 'This year's theme for humanitarian architecture charity Article 25's 10x10 auction is reflections. I wanted to have some fun with the theme and experiment with using mirror within my art. I decided to use Basterfield House as inspiration after going on a tour of the Golden Lane estate and being shown one the building’s flats as part of Open house festival. I like the idea of making artwork celebrating iconic architecture that is also architecture that means a lot to people. It's National Carers Rights Day today.  This year's theme is "Raising awareness of the Rights''
A reminder of City Sessions over the next few days  by resident volunteers (City Carers Community) and City Connections. Combinations of in person and Zoom sessions. You may have had this via various community routes already. 
What's on and When?
25th November - 8pm - Carers Rights & Support Q&A via Zoom by us at City Carers Community
26th November - 11-1pm - Carer Rights Day with stalls and light refreshments Golden lane community Centre by City Connections & Zoom
28th November - 5pm - Carers Rights & Support Q&A via Zoom by us at City Carers Community
How do I join?.

Thursday 25th November 8 pm & Sunday 28th November 5 pm - Carers Rights Q&A via Zoom or by phone
Open to anyone in the City of London and who may be looking after someone or is curious to know more information for a friend or family member. Topics covered are Carers Rights and How to find help or support in the City. Sessions will be run by us (City Carer Community) voluntarily. Round up of National information from today to share
