 ibrary is offering two free workshops on how to release stress and anx
 iety using breathwork and meditation.In these workshops, Juliana Lottm
 ann, an experienced meditation and mindfulness teacher, will explain t
 he impact of daily stress and anxiety on our body and mind. She will d
 iscuss how to implement a basic mediation practice in our daily lives 
 and the difficulties that can be found on the way. The workshop ends w
 ith a short, silent, mantra base, breath awareness practice.This works
 hop is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, looking for 
 an easy practice which could be implemented at home. There are no rest
 rictions - meditation welcomes people from all age, gender and faiths.
