Barbican and Golden Lane Neighbourhood Forum - drop in at Community Centre

The Barbican and Golden Lane community has applied to become a designated neighbourhood forum so that it can prepare a neighbourhood plan and participate in local planning matters on a statutory basis. Under the government’s Localism legislation, communities can draw up their own plans that become part of the statutory framework for land use. This will be the City of London’s first neighbourhood forum and neighbourhood plan.The application is supported by local residents, councillors, businesses and community groups such as GLERA and the BA. Taken: Free Blackout Curtains

I live in the Barbican but at one time lived on the Golden Lane Estate and have a pair of cream curtains with blackout lining that I no longer need.

I joined 2 pairs of curtains together to make one wider pair and they fit very well at the larger of the bedroom windows in the duplex flats on Golden Lane. They're quite crumpled from being folded up and stored for a long time but the creases would probably drop out over time or if they were dry cleaned.

If anyone would like them please send me a PM to arrange collection.
