<p>Your right Charles, total rethink is essential, otherwise there will be delays and legal challenges.</p>
<p>The City is causing unnecessary distress, it is unethical, then again they have far greater percentage of support from the undemocratic, male biased dominated City business vote, ignoring and brushing aside the residential voters, lets hope they see sense and listen to everyone's views.</p>

I think the path that the scheme is on is headed for difficulties and substantial delay at planning and the modest changes that we have requested will avoid these, save time and improve the quality of life all round for both the existing tenants and the new ones. </p>
