I have just received the notification of this planning application which impacts Whitecross Estate West, Roscoe St, Banner St, Fortune St and Golden Lane.
It all seems to be two storey.
My only query was why are the social rents all one bedroom.
I believe the bulk of the RCS proposals are for one bed flats. I think it's something to do in that case with keeping the family size flats below the trigger for providing outside play space. Sneaky isn't it?
