The Barbican and Golden Lane community has applied to become a designated neighbourhood forum so that it can prepare a neighbourhood plan and participate in local planning matters on a statutory basis. Under the government’s Localism legislation, communities can draw up their own plans that become part of the statutory framework for land use. This will be the City of London’s first neighbourhood forum and neighbourhood plan.The application is supported by local residents, councillors, businesses and community groups such as GLERA and the BA. I wax almost scammed by this company asking fir pictures of any repairs needed in my flat . I was auspicious checked with CoL housing first and sent the contact too PCSO and Estate manager .

Always always ask fir evidence from people like this, i am concerned they might be contacting other residents.
Check them out first before you give any personal details don't use whats app with them. Turned out they are solicitors maybe . I will attach their contact just incase they have contacted you.
