Scam calls from ‘ housing disrepair team’

I wax almost scammed by this company asking fir pictures of any repairs needed in my flat . I was auspicious checked with CoL housing first and sent the contact too PCSO and Estate manager .
Do not reply to this company i do not know how they got my number?
Always always ask fir evidence from people like this, i am concerned they might be contacting other residents.
Check them out first before you give any personal details don't use whats app with them. Turned out they are solicitors maybe . I will attach their contact just incase they have contacted you.

Just saw this, it looks like they are ringing around everywhere. The COL should make all residents aware of this.
