YOGA classes (ashtenga or bikhram) in the area

Dear All,

I am looking for a yoga class ( (ashtenga or bikhram) starting after office hours (not before 6.30pm). Not too expensive and walking distance from here. Can someone else?

This does not really answer your question but...there is a yoga class at the Leisure Centre on Mondays in office hours at 5ish so you might want to seek guidance from them. There are also classes in Chiswell Street just opposite the Brewery building.
