"It sounds like it happened all over the estate. It was very shortlived. Our TV had no signal and our oven stopped working until be reset the clock. TV was fine next day"

Hi Roger

If you take a look at postings on the site over recent weeks I'm sure that you will see the Estate is in some turmoil at the moment - apart from a growing sense that the Estate has been seriously neglected by the City, we have seen a collapse of wall cladding at Stanley Cohen, an electrical fire at Crescent (that left some people without power for 3 days) and a failure of out of hours response by Housing Management.  There has also been a rather "robust" public meeting and petitions to the Housing Sub-Committee.   

Given all of this I'm not too surprised at the poor response - one resident has also commented that "the City is wasting our money on some Professor while the Estate is falling down....."   

I'll e-mail you with some suggestions.
