Thanks for the message. Yes, you got the correct Lee!

I'm sure it would be OK to add something to out mail out... although generally the minutes don't get sent out to residents until about 2 weeks before the next meeting (the next GLERA meeting is on the 9th August).

Perhaps another idea might be to talk to our Chairman, Steve, and ask if you can come to the next meeting as a guest? This way you can talk to residents about your project and then we will mention the information within the minutes.

Please let me know what suits you.
