Dear residents, we have a lovely one bed council flat on Stanley Cohen House with a huge balcony. We love living here and we are waiting for a 2 bed to come up. It would be amazing if there is anybody living here that could downsize. We have a five year old son who goes to primary school here and as you might imagine it's a bit cramped in a one bed flat.
