Hello! Really nice to meet you last night.
Rather pathetically, I can't stop thinking about how nice your door looks - could we pop round for 5 mins one day before you leave and take a photo, so we can show a doormaker (?) what we want?
Apologies for delay in responding. I have had the flat valued by two local estate agents and they both advised that we should put in on the market at £450,000.
