I’m looking to buy a flat in Crescent House (1^st floor, overlooking tennis courts/garden). It’s a wonderful estate and I’ve always loved the area, but am concerned about what I’ve read regarding how the estate is managed / maintained, the timescale and costs for the upcoming programme of works (windows, central heating etc.), as well as reports of the flats in Crescent House being cold and draughty + problems with condensation.
Any advice on these issues and the reality of what it’s like to live here would be much appreciated.
