Golden Yoga - Free classes
We meet every Thursday at 7.30-8.45pm downstairs in the community centre. The class is a general class, suitable for both absolute beginners and those with some experience of yoga. The sessions are free and there is a donation box for Cure Parkinson’s Trust for you to make a contribution if you like.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over twenty-five years and am a fully qualified and insured teacher since 2003.  I draw on range of yoga styles for my own practice and when I teach, including Sivananda, Viniyoga and“yoga flow”.
