Hello Neighbours

You may have noticed Application for Listed Building consent to replace the concrete planters and balustrades in Cullum Welch House. I think we need to keep a close eye on this one, especially in terms of costs. I understand they are planning to replace the windows at the same time. I am trying to find out more from CoL regarding estimated costs and time frame, if anyone knows any more please let me know.

Hi Stefi.  I think it might be a good idea if you spoke to a fellow committee member, David Cox, who is looking into this issue.  I believe he will be at the Residents' meeting tomorrow night, if that is helpful to you.

Hi Nathan.  There is indeed, at 7.30 pm, in the Ralph Perring Centre.

Thanks for alerting us to this Stefi.  It's a shame that the Corporation didn't write to us first, given the likely massive bill they will land us with for all this.
