Laurence.  I can`t open the attachment, as only "Microsoft Office" will open it and I don`t have that installed!  Can you format it to open in "Microsoft Word" say.....................???

Drat!  I still can't see it.  Think it had something to do with the virus my computer had fairly recently.  Think a trip to the computer shop is in order, but I expect it will cost me!
