Heating Engineer Recommendation?

Hello all, 

I've just moved back to Stanley Cohen House and two of my radiators are on the blink - it's freezing! Does anyone have a recommendation for a good heating engineer/plumber? 

I think I may need to replace my boiler entirely so if anyone has done that recently and had a good experience I'd also be very grateful if you could pass on any details.
