Hello

My internet has slowed down enormously in the last couple of weeks (to the point that it's almost unusable). Anyone else having the same problem?

(I'm on ee broadband and am in Hatfield House).

Thanks

Saul, I use EE though at Basterfield rather than Hatfield.  I have not experienced any slow down recently.  BT Openreach have been installing new hardware on the Estate recently in preparation to rollout fibre broadband.  Although this is unlikely to have affected your broadband connection, it might be worth contacting EE and asking them to check your line, but also inform them that works are being done by BT Openreach just in case this has had an impact.

Thanks, Peter. Yes, maybe it was something to do with the new hardware getting installed. It's back up to speed now, although that isn't very fast! Do you know if we'll be getting the fibre broadband in the estate?
