I have noticed a few times recently that estate lighting is on during the day. Can't remember the exact time, but probably mid afternoon. I will try and contact the office about this. Seems crazy, quite apart from the cost, there's the carbon footprint to consider

Hi Dave

There has been a problem with this issue in one half of Crescent House, where the lighting has been on continuously for nearly 5 weeks now, and only today been rectified, I hope!  The situation is a disgrace as it has been allowed to go on so long.  This is despite Ian, in the Estate Office getting onto them, and in the last 3 weeks, me also ringing up the Repairs line many times about it.  And, getting nowhere!  Us residents are left with a hefty lighting bill, which I don't think we should pay, because this is down to sheer negligence and incompetence by whoever is responsible in Repairs.  I am also disappointed that there has been no apology, or explanation from management in the Estate office about this.

Hi Maria

Thanks for this. If the situation has been rectified now, fair enough, but definitely something to keep an eye on
