"As the City of London have made the rules about Airbnb lets, and prohibit it then it is up to them to contact the leaseholder, as they have their details.  It is not your responsibility at all. "

Lots of visitors- short let / Airbnb flats?

I’ve been a resident of Cullum Welch for many years now and I’ve noticed a big increase in unknown visitors on my floor and generally in the building this year. A lot of wheeled suitcases every few days, lots of late night / very early morning big groups coming in and out of the studio flats…It bares all the hallmarks of short let Airbnb style renting, but am I right in thinking this is not allowed on the estate?Has anyone else noticed this? I’m thinking of contacting the estate office if it…See More

Bike Thieves in Crescent House Bike Storage

Hi all,Just to inform all that someone managed to get over the railings and into the bike storage area next to the Shakespeare this evening and cut off a lock from someone's bike. The bike in question wasn't stolen but remains in there unlocked now.The police were called and have attended. I would suggest anyone who hears anything strange take a look into the space and perhaps call the police…See More
