OMG...."All that said, what the average Cripplegate voter will probably find most distasteful about Walsh being in alliance with Lord is Lord’s leading role – as a member of the now discredited and abolished Standards Committee – in the gagging row over councillor Sue Pearson. The City establishment went as far as reporting Pearson to the police, for the ‘crime’ – as they saw it – of defending residents’ interests. While there was no subsequent police action, it must have been stressful for Pearson and appears to us to have been intentional harassment and intimidation. Standing in Cripplegate, Pearson received more votes than any other candidate in the whole of the City at the last council election and is considered a hero by many in our community. She is both widely known and much loved by the City’s residents."     https://reclaimec1.wordpress.com/2022/03/06/city-elections-did-busi...

Did I just delete my question?

Any report on the hustings from Saturday 12th afternoon?   Are there more candidates than ...seats?
