Community Centre:
Are you refering to the Ralph Perrin Centre or to the Social Club?
Any restriction on the sale of alcohol is likely to reduce income further and to make the facility less viable.
I suspect there are enough educational centres and bespoke leisure facilities already available in the area and none of these are overflowing.…
