Drill for our reinforced concrete walls.

Does anyone have the appropriate drill and bit for drilling into GLE walls,a neighbour has just asked. I know we only need these for putting a shelf up or a clock , or a TV or securing a wall unit. They are very expensive to buy or rent.I wonder if we should have a set of communal tools folk could then sign-out for a day or two See More

Dead rat - pet?

A dead rat has appeared on the top floor balcony of a neighbour in Bowater House. It's white. Has, anyone lost a pet rat? Otherwise how does a rat end up dead on a balcony on what is the highest floor of the block with balcony overhang
