Twentieth Century Casework Event - Great Arthur House, Golden Lane Estate

I was just reading about this Twentieth Century Event

Casework Event - Great Arthur House, Golden Lane Estate

14.00 - 17.00
Meet: in the main entrance to the Barbican on Silk Street
Members only, £15.

Ian McInnes and Henrietta Billings will lead this event looking in detail at John Robertson Architects' recladding scheme for this iconic building. The architect will give a presentation on his proposals and we hope to be able to visit both a flat and the roof - an early example of the influence of the Corb's Unite' in Marseilles. We will also look at the recently relocated Dorothy Annan murals, and the Barbican YMCA, soon to be converted into apartments.

Oh I'd love to do that.  Unfortunately I'm not a member. :-(

Keeps the riff raft out.

:-)

Just like the charitable new leisure centre, at £15 before you get your toe wet in their  refurbished swimming pool.

Toodle pip for now.

A great Basil Fawlty quote haha!!!!!!!

£15-00 for a whole month's use of our leisure centre is a great deal. If you join Virgin at Beech Street they will rip you off for £80-00 per month!!!!!!!!!!
