The City of London Policy and Resources Committee has today voted to allocate £2.5 million for Option 3 of the refurbishment of the Leisure Centre.

Hi Paul - that's great. Is there any information on how closely the final plans will follow those described in Option 3, and do you know whether there will be any further chances to guide the planning process? I think it would be a shame to lose the badminton court, for instance, and haven't seen the financial evidence that shows that this is necessary for the long-term survival.
I know only this information at the moment, Cllr Angela Starling provided this update. I will contact Emma Snelling to find out more. I think that the real consultation should now start as there is now a set of perameters within which a consultation is really possible and a set of questions with which people can engage.
