Thanks for your email. I am looking to rent for my three children but I understand from Frank Harris that you don´t wish to rent to more than two tenants which I quite understand.

You´re quite right.  It looks like a lovely flat!  It has been my favourite whilst I´ve been searching.

I´m sure you´ll have no problem finding tenants, especially as it is part of GLE. 

Please let me know if you change your mind about renting to 3.  We´re happy to pay 6 months up front.

Yes Frank Harris are right that we had a maximum of 2 people in mind for the tenancy. Our 3 children lived there for a while and it was pretty squeezy.
