Well done to the City of London Corporation for purchasing the flats in Kensington Row, to rehouse the victims of the Grenfell fire tragedy.

Hi Steve

Thanks for the reply - had a look at the dial on the treadmill and it starts off with warming-up, aerobics, intense, strenuous...also has an exometer dial which tells you how many kilometers/miles you've done.  You can also fold it - so easy to store.

This weekend would be fine if you want to see it.  Saturday any time after 2:00pm would be perfect for me, if that is okay with you.  Let me know.   If not please suggest which day and time, and I will let you know if I'm going to be in.

Regards

Kathy

Hello Steve - By manual - i mean that it isn't electric (like they have in gyms) and does not move electrically.  It moves as you walk, run, jog on it.  It also has a dial which lets you know what sort of a work-out you are doing.  for example..."warm up", "jogging" etc.

Regards
