Event Description

Monthly Potting & Preserving Class - How to flavour Oil and ferment Garlic
Potting & Preserving – a series of sessions showing how to preserve produce and use up harvest gluts. These sessions are held on the forth Friday of each Month.

This months activities: preparation of oil with different flavours, using herbs from the garden; fermented wild garlic; making butter; and the preparation of rhubarb preserved in salt.
