Hi Maria,

yes i think the open spaces survey results should definitely be discussed although this meeting isn't specifically for their presentation. To help inform our discussion next Tuesday, I'm meeting with Wendy tomorrow to discuss the Open Spaces Survey and what would be required to implement all the possible outcomes. I'm also waiting to hear whether representatives of the CoL Planning team and the estate managers will be available to attend next Tuesday's meeting.

Just to confirm about the above event, is the results of the recent survey of open spaces to be discussed, and the possible outcomes of this?
