Does anybody know where you can borrow or rent (cheaply)  a transit wheelchair ( ones that you push people in ) just for a morning or afternoon?

The local adult care service does not have a stock for such needs although they used to.

I want to help someone get to their bank on Monday afternoon, about 400 mt but it will take 2-3 hours of stress and discomfort for them even with my assistance.
