Hi Steve

This is an excellent response and quite alarming. I suggest you share it with the chairman  of the Community & Children's Committee (Dhruv Patel) and the Director of the Community & Children's Committee (Andrew Carter). People higher up the chain need to know about your concerns. The £5k you write about is a derisory amount and will not be sufficient to do anything.
