I have just had work done by Apollo and have had issues with them from day one and have had to call them on numerous occasions to complain, including coming home from work after the workmen had gone to find my fridge-freezer unplugged and outside my door!. ( I am still waiting to be reimbursed by them for the food I had to throw away).
After recently speaking to Inspace ( or whatever they are called now ) I understand they have had a lot of complaints from residents regarding Apollo.
Apollo did leave a feedback sheet for residents to complete but I was wondering if the estate office would be requesting their own feedback and take any issues up with Apollo.

I had my kitchen and bathroom replaced by Apollo and found them excellent. Good communication with the site office, workers hard working, polite and my flat left in excellent condition. Job done in less time than estimated too.
Interesting the comments made by Inspace; a few months ago I had a problem with the drains (nothing to do with Apollo); three appointments were made with Inspace - they failed to turn up on each occasion. Having taken off three half days from work this was infuriating to say the least.
The response from their call office (on the rare occasions I managed to get through) was totally unhelpful, unapologetic and rude.
I eventually made an official complaint through Billy Dove (Social and Housing Committee Chairman) via Bob Jacks and eventually got a letter of apology as well as a load of excuses. I understand incidentally that new people are taking over later in the year which sort of says it all.
No wonder they were slating Appolo...
