Is Anyone having really slow Internet wireless

I am experiencing excruciating slow connection on my iphone and computer
Is anyone else on the estate?
My provider is talk talk and mobile is O2?
Does anyone know what I could do.

I feel like I've gone back 20 years it's so slow I'm sure dial up was quicker than what I am getting currently.

Would appreciate some advice ease
