The third monthly cookery class as part of the Growbags to Gourmets project will be based on fruit (previous sessions have focused on using herbs and different ways of cooking fish).
Trained chef and cookery writer Laura Washburn will be showing us all how to make jam and use all those lovely summer fruits in different ways.
The class finishes with the group all having lunch together and eating some of the food that has been prepared.
