The purpose of the Forum is to provide an opportunity for home owners from across the City of London estates to come together and discuss issues of collective concern and/or interest directly with the City of London as the landlord.
The Forum is open to any interested homeowner on any of the City of London owned and managed estates. Homeowners can attend the meetings as and when they are interested. Meetings will be held in February, June and November, and meeting venues, dates and times will be agreed in advance at the end of each meeting wherever possible. Please see the Terms of Reference (601 kb) for the Forum for more information.
This forum does not replace any individual mechanisms that homeowners have already, i.e., visiting estate offices, Housing Management Surgeries, etc. Neither does it replace the legal requirement for the City of London Corporation to consult with individual home owners over service charge costs over £250.
