For some time now there has been a group of youngsters, probably aged around 12-14, who hang around the estate making a nuisance of themselves. They are constantly shouting and swearing and on numerous occasions I have seen and heard them being verbally abusive to both residents and passers by, and swearing at people on the tennis courts as well as throwing things at people's windows.

Yesterday they were climbing up the outside of the fire escape railings at Cullum Welch House and getting on to the roof above the sports hall. I called the police and was told someone else had already called and they were on their way.

Some residents could feel threatened by this behaviour and something needs to be done.

As far as I am aware, they do not live on the estate. Could they not be barred from entering the estate boundary? If any of them do live on the estate then I think the COL needs to speak to their parents.

Suggest the police taser the yobs!

there is a new boxing ring in the sports hall perhaps they can go in there and bash the s**t out of each other instead?

Excellent idea.
