Climate Change and Golden Lane Estate
Having watched the BBC Documentary , ‘ Climate Change : The Facts’, narrated by Sir David Attenborough, and read about the solar energy project at the Middlesex Street Estate, and finally the Extinction Rebellion protests - I am wondering when we living on GLE demand appropriate change from our Landlord.
We have just seen new gas boilers installed when these are the last thing we should be doing.
Solar panels could fit on all our flat roofs, maybe there are additional renewable energy sources we don’t know about . We have 12 years, probably 11 years now to make the cuts in emissions. It’s not news , I know I have been reading about this for over forty years. We can’t afford to waste more time.
