acting joint chairs of GLERA met the estate manager on 18th Nov to discuss working together to improve the estate
- Michelle informed us that the City of London has commissioned a review of cleaning standards across all estates. We will hear about the outcome in early 2020.
- we asked about the recent drain blockage problems. Michelle advised us that a survey is planned soon and she will let us know the details at our next meeting
- we talked about the low turnout from residents at the estate drop-in in November 2019. We all agreed that resident engagement can be a challenge - we suggested that the City looks at ways to improve resident voice. We will address again at our next meeting.
