Recycle Notice in the notice board

Saw a note on the notice board last week about Recycle Furniture or material in the Estate. The way it works as follow: If you are looking for a particular, fill in a form in the Estate Office and when someone abandon the thing that match, the Estate Office will contact you to have a look and decide if you want it.
