TAILGATERS AND UNINVITED VISITORS ON THE ESTATE

Police have become aware of several incidents recently where people have tried to gain access to buildings following residents and buzzing intercoms.

 

I would like to take this opportunity to remind residents to make sure that you know people that you allow to enter buildings in the estate and report suspicious people or activity immediately to police and estate staff.

 

In an emergency dial 999.  For non emergencies dial 0207 601 2222 which takes you directly to our control room who can direct officers to your location. 

 

Even if you do not deem the people concerned suspicious Ward Officers would like to know about them.  The telephone number for Barbican Police Office is 0207 601 2456 however I would remind you that this is not a 24 hour response number.
