People freezing in Crescent House

I hope folk on low incomes in Crescent House can get help with heating bills. I hear its absolutely freezing due to rotten window frames. It must be minus 8 tonight

It’s not only the windows Christine, though I can’t say I have a problem with them, but if you are on the first floor there is nothing underneath you, so that is where the cold comes from in my flat. And they don’t think it’s worth investigating this/rolling insulation up in with the window replacement.
