Barrier replacement for exit ramp

Can I ask how long it takes to replace a Barrier that’s been absent for over a month? The Exit Ramp from the Garages hasn’t a Barrier, which unfortunately we are baring the brunt of illegal parking, and the dreaded film crews rocking up at 12am. Could the Estate office endeavour to ask the powers that be, to replace the Barrier ASAP? Police were called as there was six cars roaring up the slope at speed. Can something be done about this? Sorry it’s not about Paul Lincoln’s beloved bike project or GLERA’s pallet planting. TIA
