Barbican and Golden Lane Neighbourhood Forum - drop in at Community Centre

The Barbican and Golden Lane community has applied to become a designated neighbourhood forum so that it can prepare a neighbourhood plan and participate in local planning matters on a statutory basis. Under the government’s Localism legislation, communities can draw up their own plans that become part of the statutory framework for land use. This will be the City of London’s first neighbourhood forum and neighbourhood plan.The application is supported by local residents, councillors, businesses and community groups such as GLERA and the BA. Foundation Stage: Your Creative Writing Toolkit Boost your skills and confidence

This supportive and inspiring course in description, dialogue, point of view, voice and style, plot and structure will boost your confidence and your word-count. Develop your ideas,discover new characters and plots and explore the themes and questions that motivate you as a writer.

Rachel Knightley is a freelance writer and teacher.

This four week course runs consecutive Saturdays from 20th October to 10th November but you can join at any stage.
