As we cannot plan a Craft Fair for this year, not enough time, we thought we could have an informal social instead.
Our community Cafe, tea, coffee, cake, mince pies, mulled wine etc
Perhaps hold this on a Saturday morning or afternoon in the Ralph Perring room.

We could also chat about ideas for 2014

maybe look at ways to join up all the groups on the estate in friendly community events

Or just chat about Christmas, the children, etc

How does this sound?

An event in the Ralph Perrin centre would be great!

Yes, I agree.  And, certainly an afternoon for mulled wine would be best!

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I`ll try and make up some "mulled whisky" as well????????

Can the £50-00 odd not be taken from the "shed money"???????

The problem will be finding funding to pay for the rental of the room and putting towards tea, coffee etc. As a community event it is £15 per hour for RP.
So we need to raise £50 plus.
If we apply to Bob Jacks it will take too long. Any ideas?

Excellent.
