Anti Social Behaviour

Hello All.  Recently, we have had some youths running around on the roofs of Crescent House.  Several people have seem them.  The police know who they are, but it appears to be getting worse.  I have seen them clambering on the roofs and told them to get down.  This evening they saw me outside with my little Poppy and goaded me, and when I returned to the main entry door they had chased me, shouting, and banging on the door.  Again, I called the police, who said they had thrown an egg at their police car, and a resident said they had spat at a lady.  Apparently, a neighbour said she saw one of their parents, from the top floor of Hatfield House, yelling at her child to get off the roof.  The others I hear don't live here.  The Estate Office also know as do Park Guard, but so far their anti social behaviour has not stopped.  I really hope it is sorted out, as its very alarming.

I hope you are OK Maria. If the mother was shouting from Hatfield House, hopefully they can be identified. I have just seen 4 young boys running in to the car park from Fann St and it looked like they had been harassing a young lady. A resident did come out and they ran off. I am not sure why they were not at school. I don't know if they are the same group, or the same ones we have had in Great Arthur House a few times recently. I did try to call the local police when I saw them but there was no answer.

Thank you Richard.  I am fine.  Apparently, my neighbour mistakenly thought the woman who shouted at one of them was his mother, but I have been told by Park Guard that she only knows the boy.  They are all known to the police, and hear they are in the process of dealing with the issue.  I would not be surprised if it were the same group.  If they are not dealt with firmly its only going to get worse, and its not fair on residents having to put up with them.
