Hello Brian.  Unfortunately, due to a virus on my computer I am unable at the moment to read any attachments, so cannot see what your complaint is.  All I know is that it is illegal to discriminate against anyone's disability, as defined under the Equality Act 2010.  There is also a clause, known as 'reasonable adjustments', in the Act.

It was merely a copy of the complaint to the town clerk, as they are making no adjustments.

Unusually, I got a reply the next day.

Must be something to do with cc to Housing Ombudsman.

May I ask what adjustments are not being made?  But, if they are looking into it now that is good.  Yes, the Ombudsman can be helpful.

They refuse to supply electronic or larger print, '12 point is good enough, they are not obliged to supply more'.
