Drill for our reinforced concrete walls.

Does anyone have the appropriate drill and bit for drilling into GLE walls,

a neighbour has just asked. 

I know we only need these for putting a shelf up or a clock , or a TV or securing a wall unit. They are very expensive to buy or rent.

I wonder if we should have a set of communal tools folk could then sign-out for a day or two
