Not had friends stay in these for years, anyone know what kind of state they are in these days? Are they any better managed?

They are OK, more student digs than hotel. The electricity is a bit odd. Otherwise friends who have stayed have been quite happy.

They are ok I had some guests over who stayed and they are basic but fine. A bit cold they said.they have a tv but it only worked in one room.
